Hunter Specialties: The Kruncher

Im just wondering if anyone of you own this product & if so, how bout a review. I bought one over the summer & have been using it this season but I havent seen any results yet. All my stands sit in or near mass producing trees, so I figured Ide give it a shot.

Dude talk about gimmicks. I dont think i would ever have any use for that. I cannot ever remember seeing any deer come in because they could hear another deer eating. Sorry man but i think they got you on that one.

This product retails between $10 & $15, so no big loss there. My primary concern is, does this product produce a positive or negitive effect on the deer when being used? Ide hate to sit on stand from before sunrise till after sunset using a call that actually produces negitive effects.

Any other thoughts or reviews?

played with one last year at cabelas, I was like wtf,...... so i dont know, I hope it works bud,... i have always said to myself,.... if i dont know the outcome of what the deer will think,.......better left alone and undid....

i'm not sure, but this is one of those products that you wish you thought of so that you could retire a rich man. from what i understand, if you have a deer that's not quite in shooting range you're supposed to be able to start working this call and it calms them down. from my experience, if a deer is nervous about something, any noise at all usually sends them into get the heck out of here mode. i've actually had deer run away from a grunt call before. course i thew that one away after it happened. but it's like you said, you're out 10 or 15 bucks, give it a shot and see if it works.

So last nite im watching a four point munchin on some acorns and thought of this thread because i could hear him crunchin away. I thought well lets see if more deer show up. Well they didnt come in but i could hear them off in the brush. So i dont think the crunchin sound made them feel any better about coming out of the brush. Just my observation last nite thought i would pass it on.
