hey fellas, havent been around last week as much as I have wanted, sorry about that. I have been hunting almost every day , but not really where id like to be, i recently got permission on 45 acres . this place is torn apart (seriously) rubs and scrapes Like I have never seen. this is where i took that 5 point this year. well i set up a new stand almost 2 weeks ago in an absolute hot spot. stayed away for a couple days then went to go this passed monday afternoon. well, someone ripped the ladder part out of the ground and bent it straight up in the air till it broke, took my bow holder and cut my rope. man am i still wicked bummed, i am gonna put a loc on stand set it up and remove the last 4 pegs. I have to try to get into this spot, it is really getting pounded, i have a stand about 150 yrds away, and im seein deer,(no shots with the bow, but, tomorrow is another day), .... keep it safe, and wish me luck, gonna need it with this friggen full moon.

Buddy, Its good to have ya back on the forum. I noticed ya hadnt been around.
If I were you, Ide set that stand back up & make it look really freakin nice & inviting. Then Ide set-up every night in the thickest brush you can find about 50 yards away from the stand. You'll be in a good spot to catch the ass hole messin with your stand. Then Ide put a scare in em like theyde never known when I caught em back out there at my stand. Ya never know, ya might even see some deer.

Crack that blows. If ya think they will be back i would setup a camera and get their pics. Then call the police and file charges. Going in there and kicking his butt will just cause you more trouble. Ive had crap like this happen before and thats what i did. The police found all kinds of stolen goods in his garage. Go figure.

Hey crackshot sorry to hear about the abuse......I'd start with the person that gave you permission to find out whom else has permission. If no one has then I'd set up somewhere close to see who's going in and out and if possible have the land owner lay trespassing charges. If there is no co-operation there then I kind of like On Points answer  |

sorry 2 hear about that man. thats just no good for somebody 2 do that. dont want 2 tell u wat i would say on hear but it wouldn't be pretty. lol!!! well hope u get to hunt and knock a wall hanger down. Good luck.
