what the heck is wrong with people these days. i go out last night to check my trail camera and am all excited and its missing from my tree. this is a small private woods that not many people know about. i just didnt think hunters where like that to other hunters. sorry to rant but its just pissin me off i cant stop thinkin about it. i had it screwed to a tree with a bear safe on it and locked with a dead bolt and i had the only key. if i find out who stole it just cant believe a hunter would do that to another hunter

So sad to say allhunter but those people are not sportsman. This kind of thing happens all the time. The people that take your stuff are criminals plain and simple. And those are more than likely the same people that poach the big bucks then go on the computer and brag about it. Its so sad what this world is coming to.

I say put them in a hunting area and let them be hunted. Like that movie...waht was it called? Starred Ice T I think. That sucks for sure. Its happened to a bunch of us on here though not that knowing that makes it easier but we know what you're going through. Look on ebay and see if there are any listing for your area then see if your camera is on there.

I also know the feeling of arriving at your tree and something is missing.. 3 climbing stands in 5 years.. It's sick feeling to get to your tree and your property is gone. At first you stand there looking in disbelief. Then you start walking around thinking it might be one another tree..But nope it's gone..

I alway take mine down before gun season. Thats when all those @$$holes come out. Not disparaging gun hunters, Im just saying the kind of morons that run off with other people stuff typically dont hunt outside of gun season.

I have had some stands stolen. If it makes you feel any better, they will get what's coming to them. I believe that what goes around comes around. I know that doesn't get your camera back, but you have to just get over it.

Those thieves are in every neck of the woods, I had a friend have a ladder-stand stolen and a climber.
