I was down at the lease this past weekend. I ran to the sandersville GA walmart to pick up a few provisions. While there I decided to grab another box of 308. It's my fault I did not specify what grain bullet.. They handed me 180s. I did not look.. I assumed they were 150s.. I mean who shoots 180s on whitetail deer.. I just don't like the 180s you get much better bullet performance with 150s on deer sized game.
Got back to camp oh crap wrong bullets so back to walmart.. It went like this
me "I would like to exchange these for another box same caliber just different weight"
WM " I am sorry sir we do not take returns on ammo it's a state law"
me "BS I just want to swap not return"
WM "I am sorry sir it's a state law"
me " I don't think that is a state law, might be store policy"
WM " No sir it's a state law"
me "BS'
And I left.. I don't think it's a state law. I have exchanged ammo other places before..
Don't know why I go in that place.. It's sad in some rural areas they are the only show in town.

I shoot 180s on whitetail deer. If you break that shoulder blade it drops them in their tracks.

Walmart is where Satan does his shopping. Makes me sick just walking into that store.

As far as sporting goods go, Walmart has less then quality service (putting it mildly), they don't know which end of a gun is the business end.
