Last weekend we cleared some of the cedar brush left lying on the ground from when the logger cleared out the cedar bush on the farm. So we cleared the logs and brush right to the ground near one of our new stands creating some lanes we hope the deer will use (it was 12-18" deep in some places - which explains why the deer wouldn't move through it). I spread some White Dutch Clover on the ground that I bought at the local farm / feed supply store in the newly cleared lanes, we are going to add some turnips as well. I saw the tracks of deer already using the lanes, so I hope that the seed takes. I will post some pics as it matures. I put in a feeder in March & I have had to reload it 3 times now. My brother set up his game camera on the feeder, but has only captured pics of a racoon and squirrel so far, LOL. I'll get some pictures up when we get some. Ned

MY UNCLE & ME WENT OUT AND ADDED THE BRASSICA MIX LAST WEEK. WORK DAY MORE CLOVER PICS OF DOE IN THE NEW CLOVER PATCH / SHOOTING LANE NOW LOOK AT THE STAND IN THE BACKGROUND... EVEN MY HUNTERS CAN MAKE THAT SHOT.... LOL I'M SURE GLAD WE PUT THE WORK IN TO CLEAR THESE LANES / FEED PATCHES. Trev
