Just bought a Mathews Switchback XT from a guy at work for a great price. Bow is currently all camo but I will be stripping it and powder coating the riser Satin Black along with replacing just about everything on it. I will post some pictures of the process from start to finish. The ideas in my head will turn it into one awesome Bow (for a Mathews that is) and hoping the plan will all come together with a Badass finished product. The before pic (as bought)  Riser ready for Powder Coating  Riser is all Powder Coated  I went with flat black instead of the satin finish and I think it turned out great  Its getting there  |

Is this going to be your primary bow? The Switchback was supposed to be one of the best bows Mathews made.

It probably will be this year! I'm a Hoyt guy but I'm going to give this Bow a Shot after I customize it the way I want to. I will say when he offered it to me I wasn't sure due to it not being a Hoyt but it had such a smooth draw and felt good so I bought it. I should have the riser stripped today and ready for powder coating

Not yet! Had to put it on hold with the wedding and new mother-in-law passing away after her battle with cancer. I will get back to it in a few weeks |

The new AXT Primal X5 sight with red highlights came today along with the AXT Helix K2 quiver. Almost ready, just need the arrows and Harmonics

Picked up the Harmonics and some Easton Nemesis 340s last night. Will get some final pictures of it all set up soon.
