For the deer shoulders or beef even good on chicken.Put your meat on the pit or smoker
You will have to cut down this recipe according to how much you cook. 8 gallons cider vinegar 4 gallons water 1 box salt 1 tall box crushed red pepper 1 tall box black pepper
bring water and vinegar to boil, add other ingredients and let simmer.
2 gallons of vinegar 1 gallon of water handful of salt 1 small black pepper 1 very small crushed red pepper
And had quiet a bit left over. I mop mine ever 3 hours. When I put them on i sprinkle them with salt meat side up, you can't mop them too much. This is not hot at all, just keeps meat nice and moist.

I put this on my deer meat when i smoke it.
