Favorite duck recipe ever!!!
Breast out ducks
Butterfly the duck breasts
Marinate the breasts in soy sauce or if you like hot like me hot sauce for atleast an hour
Take out of the sauce and place onion and green pepper in them or i like onion and pepperjack cheese but really you can mix anything i have put in tons of stuff before
Wrap with bacon and stick toothpicks in it to secure
grill til medium rare
will get pics the next time i make it
