maranate dove breast in Italain dressing for a few hours then take and wrap with your favorite bacon you can slice a hot pepper and put some on before you wrap the bacon on it.use a toothpick to hold bacon on. Grillin is the best way to cook even baking them is good to.

Love just about anything wrapped in bacon, I do this similar thing with deer or goose cubes with homemade thin BBQ sauce, outstanding!!!!!!

Best way, IMO, of eating those wonderful little doves. I just wrap them in bacon, secure with a toothpick, and grill to 150* internal temp. Hit them with some BBQ sauce right at the end. Mmmm mmmm good!
