I agree with buckeyehunter!!! Not Wildgame Innovations!! Four C batteries a week and less than 10 yards of trigger along with it being a very slow trigger.. It may go off, it may not, and when it does it only gets one or to pics in 30 min. set on 30 sec.

I have a Wildview 4.0 MP IR. Slow trigger speed, but other than that I haven't had any problems with it except when sun is coming up or down the IR flash still goes off and over exposes the pics, giving a white picture. My dad has the same one with the same results. I have heard alot of bad things about Wildview, but my experience hasn't been bad other than the overexposed pics, but that is definitely a big concern of mine. The other bad thing is the night pictures are all black and white, no color. I bought the 12 volt battery pack and was getting 3 months of pictures off of a charge in 60 degree weather. Once it got cold, battery life drastically decreased to 3 weeks.
He also has as Wildgame Innovations IR. It stopped taking pictures the first week out, he took it back and got another, he said it is pretty good with batteries.
He also has three Moultries with white flash, one of them the flash doesn't work. He says the moultrie is easy to set up and operate.
I have found that deer notice both the IR and white flashes, both scare the deer at times, but most times they don't care.

I've used Wildview and they suck. Moultrie is my latest one Im pleased with..its a higher up model though not the low end model. I've also had good success with my IR Stealth Cam. There are a couple sites online that test and publish camera results like trigger speed, flash distance, etc. etc.
I'd say first off determine a price point then compare cams within that price for features you want. If you find one that seems like it would work for you go with it.
