I just happened to make some of those Monday night. I mix ground venison and venison hot suasage. With garlic, oregano, sage, some parmesean cheese, and italian bread crumbs. pattie and roll em up. Brown em for a few min on each side. Then let em soak in the sauce.
Yours look pretty good, they are bigger than mine.
