Slice skinless turkey breast into long slices about the width of two fingers. Wash well in cold water. Marinade for about 30 minutes in two beaten eggs and one cup of bourbon. Remove from marinade and shake off excess. Dredge or shake in well seasoned flour and fry as you would chicken. When done, place on plate and cover well with your favorite grated cheese. I like cheddar and swiss. Microwave until cheese melts and sprinkle sliced jalapenos on top. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
