Wow were did September go?

I just took a glance over at the calender and said, "WOW! September is almost over!" It seems like the months have just been flying buy lately!

september nothin', where did the rest of the year go. seems like i took down the Christmas tree a few weeks ago.

yeah they have but that's good the best time of deer hunting is coming.. YAY! RUT!!

Sept really has flown by, didnt get to do anywhere near the amount of bow hunting I wanted to, been pulling crab pots every two days and its really cut down on my hunting, I ahve been eating a lot of crabs though so its not too bad! We finish crabbing this weekend so its gonna be game on!

This whole year has gone faster then I ever remember a year going. Age, that's what it is I guess, was told by a retired man once that the older you get the faster it all seems to go. I take that as true now but at 17 I didn't. LOL!

i think it has a lot to do with anticipation and eagerness. remember when you were a kid and you couldn't wait for Christmas, or your bday or halloween? seems like it took forever to get here because you were so pumped about it. I think as we get older, our anticipation levels go down and our eagerness about certain things does as well. think about how fast your weekends are and how long they seem to take to get here. mix that with the fact that the world is running at a faster pace these days and it gets crazy. i better start picking out my plot at the cemetary!!!!!! ;D ;D

Yea great point about the weekends, they take a year to get here and gone in an hour! Makes a lot of sense there buckfever I'm not to eager for nothing anymore but hunting season kicks that in along with getting to go camping. Slow down now, don't go talking bout cemetary plots. We got a long time to go for that now(I hope). LOL!!

lol, i know people who put it off so long that they're putting the christmas stuff up at thanksgiving so they can get ready for company. then a few days later, they bring it right back out.

It seems like I've had more work this year than last year. Thats a good and bad thing. Good cause more money. Bad cause less hunting.
