Last week it was unseasonably warm for this time of year. I was out wabbit hunting with 32 cal. muzzleloader and spotted a groundhog outside his hole.
I took a bead on the groundhogs head and fired, after the smoke cleared, there was no dead groundhog, but I found a patch of hair by his hole.
I figured I gave the hog a haircut and he has a round ball furrow going between his ears. I'm sorta glad I didn't kill him, I just wanted him to know I survived winter also and he can look forward to meeting me again. ;D
