got to go fishing this weekend. took my 2 year old for the first time, he was about like most 2 year olds. throwing sticks in the water and didn't understand the whole fishing thing, but he seemed to have fun. my oldest pulled a few out and my wife didn't do too bad either. the fish wouldn't hit anything but a trick worm. kinda weird. they wouldn't even touch live worms or crickets. maybe the water was a little too cold still, but it didn't seem to bother the bass. oh well. good start to the season anyway.
