Im a crankbait kinda guy. But i also love a good topwater frog to get them jumping. Imo there is nothing better than watching a bass come unglued on a topwater bait!!!

I love it when they are busting a crankbait or a spinnerbait! The topwater stuff can be bad on your heart! LOL... As for productivity I love dragging the crankbaits through the rocks. Some of my favorites are Bill Normans, Strike Kings and Bandits. As for plastics the old faithful Texas Rigs, drop shots, Flukes and tubes top it off for me.

A fire and ice worm rigged with a drop shot from culprit works the best for me as far as numbers go.

My favorite worms for drop shotting are Robo Worms and Zoom "Finesse" worms. Net Bait makes some pretty good ones too. My favorite colors for night fishing are Blueberry, Black Grape, Cherry Seed and Ox Blood. The day time colors vary depending on the lake, time of year and water clarity. I always add plenty of garlic salt to each pack for just a little more scent.

Top waters and crank baits...a little twitchin with the right cast and landing is all it takes to get bass moving to your lure.
Rapala, Rebels, Storm...they're all good on my set-up.
