well boys today i didnt start school til 820 thought it was a great idea to go out and do some duck hunting for an hour before school. well i had to drive 45min there and 45 home thats why i only had an hour. well i wasnt expecting much but i get there and have 2 dz deks and a mojo set up by 615 and shooting started at 620. so i got ready and they started to swarm me!! they where everywhere and i popped up and with 3 shots nocked down 2 but with no dog couldnt find them and was pissed and down in the dumps. then another came down the pipe. 1 shot one kill. then another same thing 1 shot one kill both where hen wood duck and we can shoot 3 a day. then around the corner comes a drake. i stand up and one shot one kill dead as a door nail i went and got him and he was the prettiest duck ive killed in over 2 years. so i packed up and got to my truck by 715 so i knew i had to hurry. sped home and dropped my stuff and cleaned them and sped to school and made it in my class as the bell rang. talk about a great morning. man i was shaking and adrenaline was goin. the group of woodies  the drake  |

Adam thats awesome!!! You got the hunting bug for sure. I used to go deer hunting before school all the time. Great to see some of our youth enjoying the sport. You got any friends that hunt with ya? I always had 3-4 people to hunt with at any time.

NIce quackers bud, I cannot wait for the 22nd of Oct. when our duck season opens, we built a new blind and the farmer planted corn this year. Gonna be a good year!

Adam thats awesome!!! You got the hunting bug for sure. I used to go deer hunting before school all the time. Great to see some of our youth enjoying the sport. You got any friends that hunt with ya? I always had 3-4 people to hunt with at any time. ya a lot of my old friends only deer hunted but stuff went down and i found a different group and they are almost as big of hunters as me. we go out all the time i think theres 5 of us. i tried to get them to come but 3 had football and one got grounded for missing church lol. i just want to go out so bad. i was tempted to go out today but i wouldnt have had time |

and its not just a hunting bug its like a disease. i was shaking i was so happy. when i pulled into my granparent my grandma made me sit down cuz she thought i was goin to have a heart attack

There isnt much more things more exciting than a group of ducks cupped and dropping into you dekes, almost as exciting as hearing that arrow hitting a deer!

There isnt much more things more exciting than a group of ducks cupped and dropping into you dekes, almost as exciting as hearing that arrow hitting a deer! i agree when you have a flock of ducks or geese comin in perfect to your deks and comin into your calling and have no idea and they are 10 yards from you and you pop up and they look like  its just amazing |

nice ducks man congrats!! i been twice this year and only got one wood duck. Seeing a lot but not coming in range, i don't have a boat just wadding so its kinda hard!!
